Happy Wednesday to everyone!  It's time for another challenge from Inktegrity.  This week's challenge is to make a holiday card using non-traditional colors.

Here's mine:

Well I know that green is a traditional color so I used a darker green, lighter green and light blue.  It's a stretch but I like these colors!  I just had to keep it somewhat traditional since it is Baby Slusser's first Christmas!

This is my first time using the tractor.  I love it because it has so many trailer options.  Plus the sentiments make perfectly!  Joni has always had a way with words!

I thought that I would put a little spin on my interpretation of this sketch.  Although my card is just three easy laters, I figured that the image was oval and I added the sentiment to the other side.  Cool, huh??!!

My Trees

The spring term for the Inktegerity design team has come to an end.  Joni had all of us our own image as a Thank You for working with her.  This term I requested a tree to be used for sympathy cards.  I do not have many stamps or sets for making sympathy cards so I thought this would be nice to have.

I created both of these cards in Microsoft Word and using Microsoft Paint.  I had limited time this week since I was packing up to go on a camping trip for the extended holiday weekend (I took Thursday and Friday off too).
