Corrosive Blog Challenge #4

This week's challenge was to use the theme of Under the Sea. I knew exactly which stamp I would be using once I saw the challenge.

Supplies:
Stamps: Rubbernecker - Luncheon Meet
Paper: PTI White, GP White, Bashful Blue
Ink: Archival Jet Black, Cat's Eye Chalk - Blue Lagoon
Accessories: Prismacolor Pencils, Blending Stumps, Baby Oil, Ribbon, Dew Drops, Cuttlebug, Embossing Folder - Tiny Bubbles
