Tara's Baby Quilt

This is the first quilt I have made since I started blogging. I made it for a co-worker for her surprise work baby shower on Friday. I was really starting to stress it last week that I would not have time to get it done. But thankfully, my hubby went to Vermont yesterday snowmobiling, so it is done!

Several of you have requested to see pictures of my work. Here it is!

Here is a close up of the two blocks. I love the 1930's prints in a baby quilt!

Now that this is done, I can now go do the Hanna Stamps and Corrosive Blog Challenges for this week!

  2. How cute. You did a nice job. It's terrific you got it done in time. I used to be a professional quilter and I had to make quilts for shows, magazines, etc and they all had deadlines I had to meet. But my own personal quilts were always behind. In fact I don't think I've finished the quilt I started for my niece when she was born and she turned 10 this year!
