Life's Simple Pleasures

These Bugaboo Brats are simply precious!

I made the flower on this card using my Cricut, Make the Cut Software and Darcy's Designs Bitty Blooms cutting file.  After I cut them, I embossed them using the Swiss Dots embossing folder to add some texture.  No more buying flowers for me!  I will cut them all myself from now on!

Supplies:
Stamps: Bugaboo Stamps - Bugaboo Brats - Desiree Sitter, Papertrey Ink - Shapes by Design (Sentiment)
Paper: PTI White, GP White, YoYo Yellow, Green Galore, Bo Bunny DP
Ink: Archival Jet Black, Cat's Eye Chalk - Sunflower
Accessories: Prismacolor Pencils, Blending Stumps, Baby Oil, Cuttlebug, Embossing Folder - Swiss Dots, Cricut, Button

  1. Hi Diane: I haven't been here in awhile...been busy with work. Adorable card! I've been really wanting to get the MTC software to use with my cricut and now it's definitely on my wishlist for Mother's Day! Thanks for the inspiration!!!

  2. What an adorable image, and a super sweet card Diane! I totally get you on the flowers, and other than maybe the rosebuds (until I figure a way to make them) I will sometimes use old ones or just punch my own. Yours look fabulous! I haven't tried embossing them that way, but I'll do that soon (thanks for that inspiration!).
