Feature Friday #4

Wow, where has this month gone?! This week's challenge for Feature Friday at The Character Cafe is to use leftover Halloween paper (or orange/black or purple/black color combo) for a non-Halloween card with glitter. This was rather easy for me. I have a friend at work whose birthday is on Halloween so I made this purple and black card for her birthday!


Since glitter and I do not get along well, I used the crystal effects to cover the top of the cupcake and the top of the brad and sprinkled it with glitter. I did only manage to make a minimal mess!

Supplies:
Stamps: The Character Cafe - Cupcake Pewter
Paper: PTI White, GP White, Basic Black, Lovely Lilac DP
Ink: Cat's Eye Chalk - Wisteria
Accessories: Prismacolor Pencils, Blending Stumps, Baby Oil, Primas, Brad, Crystal Effects, Glitter

    LOL! I'm not a friend of glitter either. This little guy is such a cutie and I'm sure your friend will LOVE the card!

    Awww! Cute little skunk! You did such a great job...I'll keep in mind the crystal effects w/glitter trick since glitter & I aren't the best of friends either =)
