Wednesday was an important day for my boss. He became a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and has lost over 70 pounds since April 2009! Way to go! He looks great too!
I wanted to let him know what an inpsiration he has been to me in my weight loss journey. Hopefully someday (soon) I will be back to my ideal weight and I can stop paying for Weight Watchers meetings too!

ReplyDeleteCongrats to Bob! That is quite an accomplishment!! I joined WW about 8 years ago and took off 40 pounds in about 8 months. I've kept most of them off, too...so it DOES work!
